Evander Electrical Company was founded in the USA in 1996 by a Greek-American, Late Evander Harris Snr., an electrical engineer who were tired of coordinating separately with manufacturers, suppliers and installers on every project. He set out to build a single company that could do all four: manufacture the wire, supply the equipment, install it correctly, and keep it running for decades.
Within four years he established our main manufacturing hub in Taiwan, giving the company direct control over copper sourcing, insulation quality and production capacity. Today that hub supplies our US Subsidiary and a growing network of regional partners, while our field teams handle installation and maintenance close to the customer.
All operations are now handled by Evander Harris Jr., who took over following his father’s death.
Talk to Our Team
A small engineering team begins supplying wire and cable to regional contractors, identifying the need for one accountable partner across manufacturing, supply and install.
Evander Electrical Company opens its main production facility in Taiwan, bringing wire drawing, insulation and stranding in-house under direct quality control.
Licensed field crews are added to handle on-site pulling, termination, commissioning and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Regional distribution partnerships bring Evander Electrical Company-manufactured wire and equipment to over 40 countries.
Evander Electrical Company continues to manufacture, supply, install and maintain electrical wires and equipment from its Taiwan hub and US Subsidiary.
Every batch is tested for conductivity, insulation integrity and dimensional accuracy before it leaves the hub.
Production and shipping timelines are built around your site schedule, not the other way around.
One company handles manufacturing, supply, installation and maintenance — one point of contact, start to finish.
Field crews follow strict lockout/tagout and code-compliance procedures on every installation and repair.
